Find a comfortable place. Focus your eyes on one calm object. Watch it for 1 minute without moving.

Clinical Goal

Encourages environmental entrainment. Teaches students to actively seek positive somatic environments (soft textures, quiet spaces) to intentionally slow their internal tempo when distressed.
