Squeeze your fists and shoulders as hard as you can. Hold the tension for 5 seconds, then drop it all at once.

Clinical Goal

Practices somatic self-regulation by isolating muscular tension. This contrast exercise teaches students to consciously recognize hidden physical stress and actively dissolve it before hitting breaking point.
